Change of Representative Directors and Executive Officers
Dainippon Sumitomo Pharma Co., Ltd. (DSP) today announced that at its meeting held on February 23, 2012, the Board of Directors decided to change the Representative Directors and Executive Officers.
1. Change of Representative Directors (as of April 1, 2012)
With the retirement of Keiichi Ono, the current Representative Director, Executive Vice President, Hiroshi Noguchi, the current Member, Board of Directors, Executive Vice President will be appointed Representative Director, Senior Executive Vice President. The new structure of representative directors is stated below.
