Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma announces Changes in Board of Directors, Audit & Supervisory Board and Other Key Positions

Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Osaka, Japan; Representative Director, President and CEO: Hiroshi Nomura) announced today that in its meeting held on May 11, 2018, the Board of Directors appointed the following candidates for new members of the Board of Directors as well as the Audit & Supervisory Board.

  1. New Members of the Board of Directors

    Saeko Arai (President, Acuray, Inc.)

    Note: The new member of the Board of Directors who will take office as of June 19, 2018 subject to the approval at the general shareholders' meeting scheduled for the same date.
    Saeko Arai is a candidate for Outside Director.
