Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Osaka, Japan; Representative Director, President and CEO: Hiroshi Nomura) today announced that it has borrowed ¥270 billion for the payment of consideration for Strategic Alliance with Roivant Sciences Ltd. As announced on December 28, 2019, Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma has completed the procedure related to stock transfers, etc. for the Strategic Alliance with Roivant Sciences on December 27, 2019.
