Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma announces Changes of Representative Directorsand Executive Officers

Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Osaka, Japan; President: Masayo Tada) today announced that at its meeting held on February 24, 2017, the Board of Directors decided to change the following Representative Directors and Executive Officers.

Ⅰ. Representative Directors (effective April 1, 2017)

    With the retirement of one of the current Representative Directors, Hiroshi Noguchi, from Executive Officer and Representative Director, a new Representative Director will be appointed.
